Payments

We accept payments from all commonly accepted modes of online payment but currently do not offer cash of delivery (COD) but will come back to you soon.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

Purchases made using our payment options are subject to the providers terms and conditions.

UniTod does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through UniTod to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, UniTod reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission to the extent authorized by law. You acknowledge that you, not UniTod, are responsible for the contents of your submission. Risk & Title

Once the goods have been delivered to the nominated address by the ‘customer’ the risk and title is then passed on to you the ‘customer’ who placed the order. 

If you are not satisfied with your goods please refer to our returns/ exchange policies – however please note, all sale items are final.
UniTod will not be held responsible for any items we do not ship ourselves, and strongly recommend a tracking number if returning goods. UniTod will not be held accountable for return postage charges or any duty reimbursement – other then in the case of the item being deemed faulty by the supplier. For all ‘change of mind’ returns, postage is the ‘customer’s’ responsibility.

IP Rights
Any trade marks, logos, pictures, images or text featured on the site are not to be copied or used for any purpose other then on support@shopunitod.com without prior consent, if you believe an image or text featured on the site belongs to you and we are using it without authority please email us on support@shopunitod.com and we will happily remove it you following proof of ownership. You must not use or copy UniTod in any manner, which is not consistent with the rights of the owner or license.

Agreement
This agreement is between you (the ‘customer’ or site user) and UniTod, once an order is received by us we have no obligation to sell, supply or complete the order to you until it has been accepted by our management team. Each individual order is considered a separate agreement; each order will be accepted by UniTod at our absolute discretion.

Pre-orders 
Some of our products are available on pre-order so you have first choice of our best selling products. If some of your items ordered are pre-order items we will wait and have all your items sent together when the pre-order arrives. 

Please note: the Pre-order quantities are based on what we have ordered from our suppliers, but sometimes for reasons beyond our control, they do not deliver all items we order and we are unable to fulfill your order.  We ask for your understanding when this happens as it is completely beyond our control but we will contact you and offer the next best option. Pre-orders are normally available anything from 1-6 weeks before the stock arrives in our warehouse. Please be aware that delays due to freighting or customs can arise and we will get your items out to you as soon as possible.
