Returns/Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes when you purchase online, it can be difficult to tell if sizing or color is correct. We will always try to provide you with as much information as possible on each item, however, if you need extra information please reach out to us over Instagram @uni.todshop_kids or over whatsapp at +91-9891165032 or over email at: support@shopunitod.com.

 

We produce limited and select quantity of products in our aim to abide by sustainability and carbon neutrality. However, we do accept a return or exchange of your product within 3 days of delivery after deduction of minor shipping and delivery charges (subject to stock availability).

 

It will be your responsibility to properly ship the return product on the below address, however, we are happy to arrange this for you in you want (charges may vary from INR 70 to INR 150 plus taxes which will be directly paid to the shipping company, there is no UniTod markup charged).

Please be sure to raise a request with us over email in case you are desirous of returning/ exchanging the product within the 3 day period for us to register your concern. Email us at support@shopunitod.com OR drop us an Instagram DM or Whatsapp message and we will take it from there.

 

Please choose your items carefully as we do not allow for cancelled orders once your order has been placed. In case of doubt, you can directly place your order over Instagram and we will take it from there.

Faulty items

All clothing sold by UniTod Inc. is thoroughly checked for any faults and damages before being shipped. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or being tampered with, please email us at support@shopunitod.com or WhatsApp us on +919891165032. Kindly send us the photographs of the damage, we will take it from there. We will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act. In the first instance we will try and repair the fault. Should we deem the item irreparable we will replace it.It is the customers responsibility to return the faulty items.
