How long does my order take to be delivered?
We are currently in our launch phase and our priority is to deliver your product to you as soon as possible. We are working closely with our designers to provide you a product of expected quality and to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. We aim to have your order processed within 24 hours and once on the courier, delivery will be between 2 to 3 working days. As we are a small local business there are times when it may take longer. We will advise you if there is a delay by way of an email. During busy periods such as store wide sales and Christmas please allow a few extra days for your parcel to reach you.
How do I check my Order Status?
We will endeavor to deliver your order as soon as possible and our team will reach out to your over email and whatsapp sharing the details of your order as well as delivery status on a regular basis. Do you provide returns and refunds for the products I have ordered?
We understand that sometimes when you purchase online, it can be difficult to tell if sizing or color is correct. We will always try to provide you with as much information as possible on each item, however if you need extra information please email us at: support@shopunitod.com or reach out to us on Instagram @Uni.todshop_kids
As a small brand, we produce limited and selected quantity of products. The impact of carbon neutrality is difficult to manage, but in line with your expectations, we accept a return or exchange your product within 3 days in case you have changed your mind depending on stock availability. Please choose your items carefully as we do not allow for cancelled orders once your order has been placed.

Do you have everything in stock?
Generally products listed on the website are available except those tagged as 'Out of stock' items. As a small brand, we maintain limited quantities of our product on order-by-order basis and we will do our best to fulfil your expectations.
Do you offer rain checks or holds on products?
No, unfortunately due to the small nature of our business we are unable to offer these services.
I’ve seen a product I really like but the size I want is out of stock, can you help?
Yes, please email us at support@shopunitod.com with the details of the product you would like. We will let you know if we can get the item in for you and the time-frame for the item to be delivered. Please note many of our items are made by small businesses who do not mass produce the clothing we sell so it is not always possible for us to get more in. We apologize in advance if this is the case for an item you would like.
How accurate are the photos on the website?
We try and take the clearest picture we can of each product. However sometimes the colouring may be a slightly different shade due to the resolution of the screen on different devices. We recommend reading the description of the product as we try and include the colour in the title if we think people may be unsure of the colour.
What happens if I’m not available to take delivery?
Typically, the courier partner may make multiple attempts to complete delivery keeping your schedule in mind failing which the product would return back to the store. Please note that applicable convenience fee will be chargeable in such cases including forfeiture of amount paid by you while ordering selected products.
I forgot to use a discount code, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to process a refund if you forget or weren't aware of a discount code being valid at the time of purchase. We leave the choice of using a discount code entirely up to you, the customer, as we know many customers choose not to use them.
Are there any benefits to joining the newsletter email?
Yes, we email approximately once per month and our newsletter subscribers are the first to know about any sales or promotions that we will be having.
